1General Terms and Acceptance

vd111 operates an online gaming platform for users in Bangladesh. The terms and conditions described below ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and vd111. By accessing, registering on, or using any service on our platform, you are considered to have fully and unconditionally accepted these Terms.

• The name used on the payment method must match the name registered on the account.
• A single mobile number may only be linked to one account.

3Account Security and Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username, password) completely confidential. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account, including access by third parties.

4Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

Transactions on vd111 are currently supported through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank). No other methods are accepted.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit for any payment method is ৳200. The maximum limit depends on the payment method and the verification level of the account.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits and Processing Time

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, this time may be extended in cases involving identity verification or additional security review.

• Withdrawal requests will only be accepted from verified accounts.
• The deposit method and withdrawal method must be the same.
• The account name on the payment channel must match the name on the vd111 account.
• Payments through third parties will not be accepted.

4.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). There is currently no facility to transact in foreign currency.

5Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. Depositing ৳10,000 or more yields the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, for a total balance of ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus only — not on the original deposit.

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 in wagers must be placed before winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Wagering must be completed before the expiry date set for each bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used for placing bets.
• If the terms of any bonus offer are violated, the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it will be cancelled.
• Another bonus cannot be activated while one bonus is already active.
• If we suspect misuse of bonus benefits, we reserve the right to investigate.

6Game Rules and Fairness

vd111 uses software exclusively from reputable game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others). All game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartiality.

The individual rules for each game are available within the game interface itself. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, that result will be considered void and the relevant bet amount will be refunded.

6.1 Live Casino

Live casino games offer the experience of playing with a real dealer. If a connection is lost during a live game and reconnection is not possible, the hand will be settled according to the system's best calculation.

6.2 Sports Betting

Odds displayed in sports betting are subject to change. The odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply. If an event is cancelled or left unresolved, the relevant bet amount will be returned to the balance.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

8Account Suspension or Closure

We may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is identified.
• Failure to complete identity verification or failure to provide required documents.
• Extended period of inactivity (at our discretion).

8.2 Closure by the User

8.3 Self-Exclusion
